UPenn Collaborative Social Relationships Study for Students with Mental Illnesses

Participate in a Study!

We are conducting a study that will examine the social relationships and social networks of college students with psychiatric disabilities. The study will involve a mail-in questionnaire followed by a phone or in-person interview with a Research Specialist from the University of Pennsylvania.

This study will provide valuable information about how a student’s social relationships and supports affect their college experience, and how students form these relationships. We would be excited to have you participate in our research study if you are:

  1. diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or major recurring depression
  2. currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate in a college or university
  3. 18 years old or older
Participants will be compensated $20 for completing the interview.

If interested, please contact the Research Specialist at: pamelac2@mail.med.upenn.edu
